We work through voluntary and public involvement in cooperation with landowners and managers.  Membership is open to anyone with at passion for trails.

WSTC’s focus is the organization of a bi-annual state trails conference.  The 2006-08 directors are: Elizabeth Lunney (President), Rick Hood (Vice President), Greg Lovelady (Recorder), Reed Waite (Comptroller), John Eaton, Louis Musso, and Ray Thygesen.
